I'm freaking out guys !! Help spotting?

I am five weeks and 5 days pregnant and when i went for my doc visit they did and internal examinations had a touch of blood on the tip and only if i pee and wipe its pinkish in color ... i also have mild cramping on and off ... the usual and I'm still experiencing symptoms.... did a ultrasound and baby measuring on time ... also blood is reading perfect they said .... but I'm worried i might be miscarrying? Also i posted the ultrasound from today any ramzi theory ? It was a internal ultrasound.
