Baby hasn’t had bowel movement

Baby hasn’t had a bowel movement since yesterday his formula fed and usually has a bowel movement once a day. He’s still on the same formula but I did change his bottles due to the medium flow being to fast on TT. Could this be the reason why he hasn’t had a bowel movement because of the different bottle and flow?

This is normal. My girls skips a day here and there.

That's normal. My son is 4 months old and goes poop every 2 to 3 days. As long as his poop is soft and not hard or like little hard balls when he goes he is fine.

It’s fine my son goes 2-3 days sometimes without doing a poo. He’s formula fed as well but if you’re worried let your doctor know

Our baby was constipated, our doctor gave us a sequence of what to try, first try holding baby at a 90 degree angle for 15 minutes, next prune juice (we only did 1 ounce and it worked in 30 minutes for our 3 month old), next is a lubricated q-tip in the bum, then the most drastic a suppository. Thankfully we only had to get to step 2 because I didn't want to try the others. Our baby drinks HIPP formula

Sometimes babies just don’t. If you’re worried you can put a little bit of brown karo syrup in their bottle and he will have a normal BM. We had to do that for our son for months. (Just enough time coat the bottom of the bottle)

As babies get older they often skip a day or two with BMs. I wouldn’t be concerned unless he seems uncomfortable, straining, hard stools etc. I don’t think it has anything to do with bottle change.
