Second pregnancy different symptoms?

This is my second pregnancy. With my first my boobs hurt and I had bad heart burn. With this one I’m so dead tired and always nauseas. I’m worried (probably just paranoid) something is wrong because the symptoms are different. Anyone else experience this?

I'm the same. My first had tiredness, hip pain and migraine parties. Second pregnant got terrible nausea, dizzy and weeing like a tap and I look 5 months pregnant and I am only 5 weeks 6 days unlike the first I didn't show until 4 months.

Every pregnancy is different is dont need to be the same, my first pregnancy i was sooo siick it just killed me and the pregnancy was not even easy and with the second pregnancy i was just the first trimester a little nauseous but okey just really tired that i dont wanted to move at all🤣🤣 this third time around im fell good no sickness no nauseous and just a little tired and cramps 😅 u dont need to worry about that is not the same why ur body have ben pregnant once so he knows what to do😉

Yes I have different symptoms this time around. I’m so nauseous and I wasn’t at all last time. No cravings, just aversions. Last time I was convinced it was a boy because of the lack of nausea but she was a girl so this time we will see! I have heard that every pregnancy is different, don’t stress about the symptoms!

Same. This second time around always nauseous and just plain don’t feel good. Just want to sleep! First pregnancy nothing at all! Felt great the whole time!
