Does anyone else think they’ll get their first ultrasound and there will be nothing there?

I got my positive test, blood work, and some symptoms. But i still feel at 9 weeks when I do my first ultrasound, there will be nothing there and I won’t be really pregnant.
Am I crazy???

Yes and I think it comes from reading all these posts. For everyone one that comforts me 13 scare me. Maybe time to delete the app.

Meeeee!!! I dont really "feel" pregnant. I'm 8 weeks 2 days found out at 6 weeks and dont really have a lot of symptoms either. I'm so anxious for my ultrasound on monday.

No I have my ultrasound tomorrow and I'm kinda scared there won't be anything there. But I'm trying to hold out hope
