Breast milk but no infant?

Question

My youngest is three and I stopped breastfeeding when he was 18 months old. Well I went to shower and noticed what looked like dried breast milk on my nipple. I squeezed a bit and some came out. Did it a couple more times and more came out. I’m genuinely confused, my first thought was “am I pregnant?” But I’ve been spotting for ten days. Any ideas?

I definitely had breast milk coming out before my positive test. I stopped breast feeding my daughter about 4 months ago and my milk dried up , next thing I know I had the same exact experience and tested and got a vvvfl. Few days later a bfp

This is the test I took, not with FMU. I’ve been spotting for well over a week which is abnormal I usually only have my period for five days at the most. So confused
