How fast should follicles grow during IVF?

I’m at stimulation day 7 and my follicles seem to be growing 1mm a day. Is this a normal pace?

Average is 2-3 mm per day. However, I stimmed for 14 days as mine grew super slow on Gonal. (They do one Femara too) I would up having to up my dose from 375/ day to 450/day and that speed it up a little. I was also on Cetrotide for 7 out of the 14 days too.

I am curious about this as well! I just had my day 5 ultrasound. There were 27 follicles but she only measured like 4-6 of them and said they were still smaller...didn’t quite see the mm. I’m starting Ganirelix in the morning to slow ovulation. Currently doing Gonal F.

Found this: “The rate of follicular growth is dependant on the phase of the stimulation cycle,” explained Dr. Timmreck. “Early on, follicular growth may be minimal, but once the follicle(s) have committed to ‘active’ growth, then they may grow 1-3 mm per day.” Here is to hoping I’m still in the game because this is our last round that we are willing to try. 🤞🏼🤞🏼
