I didn’t risk it until she was sleeping thru the night, around 8months. One glass every now and then isn’t harmful, but if it becomes a frequent thing then it does have negative affects on the baby, regardless if u “feel” sober.

I’ve drank a glass of wine while nursing. The alcohol doesn’t go straight to your milk. One glass is fine.
