Holy. Nausea. 🤢
7 weeks tomorrow and even though I've had moments of nausea for the last 2 weeks, today it hit me like a BUS. This morning I had to inhale some cheetos (it was all I had!) Before I did anything. Came in waves today, but right now I'm sitting on my couch and I honestly feel like I'm going to hurl.
What's your go-to for nausea? I hate ginger and cant stomach tea of any kind. And taking b6 is a no go for me. Food, drink or even just something like breathing technique would be wonderful.
