I need help losing weight. I wanna be healthy, I started gaining weight because I was sexually assaulted and I wouldn’t talk I just ate. I’m currently 199 and wanna lose about 50-60 lbs.

I LOVE sugar. How can I cut it? Or reframe from it?

I also loveeee pop, how to I cut it as well?

How do I start?!? Any workouts at home you recommend or apps to help you? That don’t cost money?
