When did you start perimenopause?

Question

Just curious when women started perimenopause. Does anyone know if there’s a relationship to when menstruation started? So, someone who started menstruating younger starts perimenopause younger, vs someone who started menstruating later starts perimenopause later?
The last 6 months or so I’ve started noticing PMS is more significant. I turned 38 this month and my period was due 2 days ago, I’m usually clockwork, and no sign of it. Except last weekend with some spotting after sex. Which is usually a sign my period is coming. Then last night I kept having hot flashes. It’s highly unlikely I’d be pregnant, my husband got snipped 4 years ago. 
I got my first period at 10, my mom didn’t start perimenopause until her mid 40’s.

I was around 10 when I got my period. My mother when through menopause in her early 50s.  
I was told by my doctor that I'm in peri..this hasn't been good for me. My periods are irregular, spotting and these hot flash are horrible. Please let's get this over with.

I got my 1st period around 14/15 lol I can’t remember! But I know I was a late bloomer:)
I’m 39 now, was diagnosed & had an ovary removed bc of Endo in 2015 so I’m not sure if the “early menopause” was brought on by that. At 38, I started to feel hot flashes, night sweats. My skin is drier and more sensitive than before. Periods started getting heavier and sometimes shorter lasting. I haven’t been officially diagnosed with pre/menopause but I’m pretty sure my body has hit another stage in life’s cycle.

I suspect I'm in the early stages now. It's hard to tell because I have PCOS. But I'm 43 and my period is coming every 2 weeks and then skipping a month or so. It's all over the place which is unusual, since it's never been early, only late. I started my period at 11 years old. I wish there was more info out there from women who have gone through this. My mother's generation has been very tight lipped about the whole process.

I’m 49, turning 50 later this year. I have just started perimenopause as my period hasn’t come yet this month and has been irregular since around January this year, they are always very regular. I am experiencing very sore nipples it’s unbelievable and tummy cramps in lower tummy beneath tummy button as if my period wants to come but isn’t. Does anyone get sore nipples or similar symptoms? I can’t lie I don’t miss my periods but I was a little emotional as it shows I’m becoming older.

I actually think I started last year. I'll be 38 this year. Mine are like clockwork and last month, I had it twice and this month, I was early again. Couple months ago, the cramps were so bad, I was glad I wasn't working because I literally called my doctor crying because I thought I was dying! They never called me back. I took everything I had available, took a hot shower and directed it to my lower back, used ice packs on my belly, vomited, dry heaved, and called my hubby home. He massaged my back and gave me CBD honey sticks. It FINALLY started to ease up and I fell asleep. The doc called the next day and said I should have gone to the ER. I pray that I never have that again. I will definitely be calling my best friend to come drive me to the hospital and going in even if it's just for drugs. Then on top of that, my period never came for 2 weeks! (I took a test, but I already knew there was no way I was preggers because I was cut and tied 11 years ago)
