Yeah stop after ovulation and your temp goes up if trying to conceive because if fertilisation takes place there’s a whole heap of hormonal changes happen that you don’t want maca root to interfere with

I added maca powder to protein shakes while trying to conceive my first child. For second time I did maca pills.
Not sure how much it helped but i ended up pregnant. Def safe to consume while TTC.

I’ve read it make you more fertile but I think it helps with ovulation ? More then implantation? I could be wrong though
