Taking Cara Babies
Has anybody taken the 3-4 month course? Is it worth it? I haven’t taken the newborn course either, but my baby is 12 weeks and I don’t think it’s worth taking it now...
My baby has never been a great sleeper, best nights slept 4.5 hours straight and then a 3 hour stretch, but in the last couple weeks with the 12 week leap his sleep has gotten even worse, most are 2.5 hour stretches at best...
