Can’t go to the doctor, need some advice please

Idk if I have a yeast infection or bv but I have medicines for both at my house. Could I use them both at the same time? I can’t go to the doctor because I don’t have a car, have no one to take me so please please be kind with your comments.

My symptoms are:

Burning (not when I pee, just in general I burn down there)

My vagina literally rips when I wipe it and starts to bleed. It splits right at the sides.

It’s so sensitive I can barely touch it!
