It happened to be 38 with a rain/sleet/snow mix and 45 mph winds here for Halloween!

We stayed out for about 15 minutes with lots of layers and then came in to pass out candy. We just went to the neighbors houses & she seemed to enjoy it! She didn’t want to come in, lol!
This costume is almost 13 years old! It was big sissy’s costume!
