11 month old table foods?

I need ideas! She is such a picky eater and I need her to eat more than her favorites. She prefers breakfast food (pancakes waffles eggs etc) and one of the only other things I can get her to eat on a regular basis (other than snacks) are mixed veggies 😂 she will be 11 months tomorrow.

Keep offering things. It can take them up to 20 tries to start liking something you’ve offered before. Offer a variety of fruits and vegetables, whole grain bread and pastas, cheese, yogurt, and meats. If you keep giving the same things it’s likely they will never develop a diversified palate￼ and become even pickier. My son is 11 months and never liked broccoli until recently. I always gave it to him even though he wouldn’t eat it, but he eats it now. I always let him try everything and anything more than a few times even if he’s not crazy about it at first.
