Has anyone forgot their anxiety meds and had bad outcomes?

I forgot mine before work one day and all I did was have anxiety attacks constantly . Lil is it withdrawals or common?

Ugh yes. I didn’t have my meds for 5 days because I moved and the symptoms sucked! The brain zaps were the worst thing ever. Right now, I’m trying to dose off slowly so I can get over the pills and try other alternatives since they’re not working for me.

Yeah recently upped my dose of venlafaxine and as ran out of old ones and chemist had to order them at weekend had 3 days of no meds and it was awful. I was shaking, more on edge and felt tired and had zero energy ....... 1 or 2 is ok if it’s occasional but more than 2 and withdrawal hits me like a ton of bricks

my withdrawals are the reasons why i don’t ever wanna get back on antidepressants. i was on them for a about a year and felt like i wasn’t making much progress but the withdrawals made me want to crawl in a hole and die. (not trying to be dramatic or scare you don’t think this !! everybody reacts differently) 
i was on lexapro, prozac and welbutrin. i never found any that suited to me but i still enjoyed therapy (just not my clinics)
