Help! Is sleeping on her belly okay??

Question

Hey everyone my baby girl is 4 months old. She just started to roll over last week. I just looked at the baby monitor and she rolled on to her belly while sleeping! 
Is this okay? Should I flip her back over? I heard babies can suffocate and the risk of SIDS. Or is this normal at this stage? 
Please help I keep running in making sure she is breathing lol and I’ve already flipped her over twice and woke her up just to find her on her belly again!

It’s ok! Once they can roll over themselves they’re strong enough to move their head to breathe.

It’s ok to let your baby sleep in her belly but make sure there is absolutely nothing in the crib, no pillow, blanket or stuff animals. My baby has been a belly sleeper since 1 month and it used to scared me

Completely normal and ok! My baby started doing that way 4 months too! As long as when u lay them down u put them on their backs and then if they roll over it's fine to leave on their tummy!

If baby rolls that way it’s absolutely fine! My sons been sleeping on his stomach for about a month now. Like others said, just make sure nothing else is in the crib! Before you know it your babe will be rolling up and down and be all over the crib.

Never put them down on their tummy, but if they roll that way, they can always roll back. They didn’t start recommending back is best til 1992, before that it was “always put baby down on their tummy.”

My son sleeps on his belly every night now. He rolls over and the crib mattress is firm.
