So tired of miscarriages :'( long post

The last 4 times I have been pregnant I have miscarried (5 mis and 3 kids) and 2 have put me in hospital. The last one I had this week was at 6 weeks and after a heavy bleed last week i thought i miscarried but I felt off this week and found that on Sunday -Monday hpt were getting progressive darker positives so I made a Dr appointment for Friday. But on Wednesday at work I started getting bad pains on the right side I don't have an appendix so they thought ectopic and it was but it seems it was in my right overy and had caused bleeding into my abdomen. I didn't need surgery as my hcg has dropped in the 3 days I was in hospital but still have a bit of pain. Have others had it his and it has resolved? Or gone on to have a healthy baby. I'm thinking of having a mirina put in because I just can't handle the loss anymore and I start a new job next Feb, I can't help feeling sad tho as I'm 35 and running out of time.. thanks for reading needed to get that off my chest I normally handle this pretty well but I'm pretty down this time.
