Symptoms not sure if normal. Never had this before.

Is it normal to feel period cramps 4dpo and 6 days before af. And to also have tons of stretchy cm. (Like a river and once in awhile it may have a slight yellow tint)

According to my bbt I m not sure is if I am 8 DPO or 4 DPO to be honest
