Giant white chunk/glob

I was on the toilet and this giant white chunk/glob discharge came out of me! Has anyone else experienced this?

I started a new brand of birth control pill and it seems that before my period I get really sticky white discharge, it comes out in smaller chunks but the one in the toilet was huge! Lol
