Anyone else super constipated?

Kinda gross, but is anyone experiencing constipation during pregnancy? I’m 24 weeks and this is no fun. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Colace or Miralax my doctors say are great to help. You can try eating foods high in fiber and drinking lots if fluids

Ugh yes!! I’ve been trying to up my fiber intake, but nothing seems to work. I feel so bloated and uncomfortable all the time.

Yes! I was crying on the toilet the other day. I had my husband pick up Senna-S. It is on the approved meds by my doctor. I only took one pill two days in a row and it really helped. I also added more fruit and a three bean salad to my daily diet.

I have been eating a lot of apples and that has helped a ton. With caramel, with peanut butter. It’s all good.

Colace was what helped me, my dr said it’s ok to take daily. I take it probably every 3-4 days.
