I know this is probably a difficult question for anyone to answer but how do you tell the difference between implantation bleeding / spotting and a very light period?

I have recently come off the pill ( 5 weeks ago ) so am currently on what I think is my first natural period but it is super light and doesn’t cover much on a sanitary pad, but there is always a bit of blood when I wipe after toilet.

It started 3 days ago and have had even less bleeding today so looks to be almost finishing or very near to.

I have been on the pill since I was a teen so can’t even remember what my natural cycles were like before the pill.
