Bottle soaps??

I know they make special soaps to wash bottles and other stuff with... should I use this or is normal dish soap ok too?

Yes it will be fine, anything labelled "baby ___" is usually a ploy to get you to spend more $$ just rinse well before you sterilize

I really like Dapple for bottles, pump parts or anything that goes in baby’s mouth.

Dapple was great. I still use it for my 3 year olds cups. You can buy it in big refill bags too.

If you plan to use plastic bottles I think it’s important to use a nontoxic dish soap as some of it will be absorbed. For glass or stainless steel bottles it’s less important, but I still prefer nontoxic soap anyway. Check the EWG website for dish soap recommendations, but I really like Attitude dish soap because it has a good consistency and it works very well, plus it gets an “A” on the EWG website for nontoxic ingredients. Some of the popular baby dish soaps aren’t any less toxic than regular dish soap, so it’s best to check the ingredients to make sure it’s nontoxic. For the actual dishwasher I like the Nature Clean pods.

I use dawn dish soap. No problems. I always rinse twice with hot hot water 💜

I use seventh generation dish soap . It’s natural and non toxic it also smells amazing ❤️ The lavender and mint is my favorite. And it really gets the bottles clean .
