Bedtime routine with bath?

Do you guys do a bath every single night as part of your routine? My LO sleeps way better after a bath haha but I didn't think you were supposed to bathe them every day??

We bathe every night but only use soap every other night. I like the routine of it and I think it makes him sleep better. Plus, he spits up a lot and definitely needs to be rinsed off and wiped down every day! We lotion him after every bath and haven’t had any issues with his skin drying out!

We bathe 3 times a week before bed, and haven't noticed a difference in sleep on those nights.

I bathe my daughter every night. I feel it relaxes her and sleeps better. Her skin isn’t dried or anything

She gets a bath every 3-4 days, more if she has a blowout. I don’t notice better quality sleep on bath nights though, if I did I might make bath time a regular part of bedtime.

I bathe my girl every 3 days unless she poops on herself or just somehow gets really dirty haha. She sleeps exactly the same on nights she has a bath and doesnt have a bath but the nights she has a bath she takes longer to get to sleep because baths excite her rather than relaxing her 😪

Usually at this age it's recommended every couple days or so. If you keep their skin well hydrated it's probably fine, though their skin oils are good for them.

I only bathe mine twice a week. But I live in a dry climate and bathing too often just dries out their skin more.

I bathe him about every 3 days.  Haven’t really noticed a difference in his sleep quality on these nights.
