So my first cycle of Femara is over,CD2-6. I had no symptoms whatsoever,just a headache once which can be attributed to me starting to exercise and weatter issues. I am having minor cold too but again it can be due to weather. When do I start opk testing? Have a scan at CD10. According to me my pcos is not so severe, I do get my periods long cycles but fairly regularly, in scan right ovary is having issues but left is normal. Last month had a peak in opk correlating with my temps.

Any advice or suggestions are welcomed. What are my chances this cycles? I dont want to get my Hope's high and then be crushed. Thank you
