Teething and a Cold

Any tips for helping my little one (almost 9 months)? She is teething...looks like her top 4 teeth will pop through any day...and now she has a nasty cold. I've been suctioning her nose as often as she allows me. I also have the humidifier going in her room. I've given her tylenol as well when she seems super miserable. Anything else I can do to help her? I'm a first time mom with no mom friends so I'm not sure if there are any other tricks I can try.

Also, due to all the sneezing and boogers flying everywhere her nose is sore from having it wiped constantly...anything I can put on it?
