Activating labor video for anyone going crazy like me!!

I’m part of another pregnancy app forum and noticed tons of women talking about this activating labor video on YouTube that most swear up and down by helping labor along (if your body is there). I just looked it up and found it and I’ll be doing this multiple times today! If anything it’s some gentle excerpted using gravity to help open pelvis and using gravity to move baby down. If anything it can’t hurt!

I’m not saying this will solely bring on labor so no need for snarky comments but i just figured it couldn’t hurt and maybe help some other women on here too!
