Factors to consider when choosing sperm donor?

We are going to be doing IVF with donor sperm and the clinic has just sent us 5 sperm donor profiles to choose from based on my hubby's characteristics (height, eye colour, hair colour, skin tone etc).

I didn't think it would be this hard to choose which one! Should we be staying away from the ones who don't have proven fertility? (Presumably they don't have their own kids or haven't been successfully used as a donor yet). And what about the older ones? I know age doesn't have as much effect on men as women for fertility, but one donor is 40, one is 39 etc, should we be going for the early/mid 30s ones over these? 😣

This is so difficult, any tips/stories welcome please!!
