Baby sitting really low.

So my little guy likes to sit really low. It looks like I've already dropped. He puts so much pressure down there and if I sneeze or cough I have to make sure I'm in the bathroom or ima pee all over myself. I will be 25 weeks on thursday. It hurts so bad. Any one having this to or know of ways I can do to help with the pressure or anything like that??
