How accurate is the blood test gender results?

Our first baby we just waited for Anatomy scan but the this baby we did the test at 11 weeks (now I’m 14) and I’m just wondering how accurate they are?:)

I ask my nurse that and she didn’t know the exact number off the top of her head but she knew it was over 99% accurate.

Pretty accurate. Ours said girl at 12 weeks & ultrasound at 14 & 16 still show girl. I'd trust the results.

If it’s the genetic testing done at your doctor, it’s over 99.% accurate. If it’s that Sneak Peek home test, it’s not reliable and very prone to error.

Bloodwork is Accurate. Detects the chromosomes as soon as they implant together. The only way not accurate, is if you were preggo with twins and one didn’t make it but you didn’t know. Because those chromosome would still be in there and detected as well. What my technician told me. Which I felt dumb for not knowing 😂
