Wondering if using a hot water bottle during stimulation will conflict with folical growth/quality?? I’m on my 8th day of gonal f and I’m having craps. I just need to take the edge off.

Try to have hot drinks to warm your body.  Best of luck!  I am the same age as you and going through my first ivf cycle.

My Dr said it was safe to use heat all the way up until you have a transfer... So your good
