Hello my period is due in 7 days according to the app but I am very irregular, sometimes skip months and I am just so confused as to when I ovulate etc, but since about 3 days ago I have been spotting light brown when I wipe and then sometimes nothing, now today I am having aching in my lower back and cramping which I normally don’t cramp bad until I’m bleeding heavy and I am not bleeding at all right now but had to take an ibuprofen because they were getting a lil bad as I was laying down could I be pregnant? Could it be signs of implantation?
