HCG level of 264 normal at 4 weeks 0 days?" /> 
I went to the ER and was told this level should be at least 1,000...I thought that was high for 4 weeks. Now I am really worried :( I thought the normal range was 5-400? I am so stressed 😪

ER doctors are not OBs. Don’t let them scare you like that. Look up the range at that week and you’ll know how much it can vary. All that matters if it’s doubling so I would get a repeat beta in 2 days to check.

I hate when “drs” say what you “should” be. Everyone is different, everyone’s bodies are different. I was 157 at 6weeks.. I was stressed because of what a dr thought I should be at that week but I’m now 33 weeks 😏🤷🏼‍♀️

Just wait for the second draw which should be checked in 48 hours. The second number is the one that matters.

ER doctors are notorious for scaring the hell out of pregnant women. My hcg was 178 at 4w and I'm now 21w. The first draw means nothing except you are pregnant, you need a 2nd blood draw to see if the level doubles and that's what's important. Try to relax and dont think too much into the number. In fact. My first draw was 81 with my 2 year old. It has to begin to rise from somewhere, congratulations!

Mine was 92 at 4 weeks and I’m 12 weeks on Thursday. I’ve had scans at 8 & 10 weeks and baby is doing just fine. I have another next Monday... The main thing is that your number doubles every 48-72 hours!

Mine was only 163 at 4+1. Today at 6+1, it was up to 27,577. What's important is that your numbers continue to double every couple of days over the next few weeks.

My doctor said she wanted my levels to be over 1,000 and I was around 3+6. My levels were only at 55. Now I’m 9 weeks and baby is looking great with a perfect heartbeat. ☺️
