Ya girl is lactose and for whatever reason I never seem to learn my lesson. I made some bomb ass chicken and used cream cheese with spinach and cheddar on top. Now I'm sitting here listening to my stomach bubble sounding like a damn pot with boiling water. I keep running to the bathroom thinking my inside are going to explode.. rip to my poor stomach and ass. On the bright side I'll get to gas my hubby out since he always does to me in his sleep
