Contractions while having to poop?

I have had a sour stomach since yestarday and now I am having contractions that feel terrible but I can tell if it's just the contraction or if it's also because of my stomach being upset. My stomach is super hard but I feel alot of pressure like I have to poop as well.

Feeling like you have to poop can also be the baby coming down. If you have bad stomach pains you think could be contractions just go get checked out. With my son i wasnt convinced i was having contractions because it felt like i just had to poop but couldnt go. Turns out it was my baby coming down further with each "poop" cramp. As soon as my water broke it was push time. Dont wait to get checked.
