HELP! My son wont take a bottle...😩

My son is 5 months old and will NOT take a bottle. For the first two months he was occasionally bottle fed with no issues. My husband and I went to the city for the night and my mom had my kids and bottle fed my son while we were gone. Since then, he has never taken the bottle again. I've spent hundreds on different bottles, nipples and formulas, to no avail. I've even tried freshly pumped breastmilk in the bottles but he just spits it out and cries no matter what I do. I've even tried breastfeeding then slipping the bottle in his mouth while he's suckling. NOTHING is working. I need a break once in awhile, so it would be really great if he would take a bottle so his dad can feed him sometimes... Also, he will be cutting teeth soon and I'm scared for my nipples lol. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone else been through this? Could he be relating the bottle to me being gone, causing him anxiety? I'm so confused as to why he hates the bottle so much now.

Pic of my kids just cause they cute lol.😉
