Drowning dreams

So I had a dream last night that i was kidnapped by a man with a mask on and he tied my up with rope by my hands and ankles and threw me into the ocean. I also had a dream a few days ago that I was swimming with my boyfriend and I forgot how to swim so started to drown but he thought I was joking around so he didn’t save me.
