I’m scared people would know I’m going to lose my virginity and not be a virgin anymore. Do people know when you have sex and can tell if you lost your virginity?.

Yes. You start forming a purple dot in the middle of your forehead. It grows every day until approximately a week later, it will say “I HAD SEX” across your forehead. Everyone will know and the world will then explode cuz virginity is sacred until marriage.
But in all seriousness, no lol. My vagina felt mildly sore for a day and after that Nothing changed. My life remained the same and nobody knew unless I told them. It’s your business and I wouldn’t worry about others!
