Does anybody have regular periods every month like clockwork & also ovulate each month but still not pregnant?!

My periods are regular & I’ve done ovulation tests that I get positives with. I also have changes in my cm that makes me believe the tests are correct. We’ve bd on the right times, etc. but still nothing!!😩😩 I know you can have poor egg quality, etc. even if you do ovulate. We’ve been trying for over a year.

My doctor has prescribed me Clomid 50mg for days 5-9 that I’ll be starting Saturday. Has anybody had the above experiences & have Clomid work for them?
