Poor response to follicle simulation hormone

Hi, I have good amh and but I responded poorly to FSH injections for iui. Hence, I am worried that I will need high dosage and may produce bad quality and few eggs if i try ivf.

Does anyone face the same issue and manage to conceive naturally/ ivf?
