Post partum and menstrual cup
Did you have to change your cup size?
This is my third baby and I’m in my 30s so technically I’m supposed to use the bigger cup, but I was using a small before him because the other cup was too big. I have no idea how things are down there because I haven’t had sex yet 😬 my 6 week post partum check and Pap was very painful though even with my midwife being as gentle as possible, so I’m thinking maybe the small will continue to work?
