Daytime naps
How long does your little one nap for during the day? What is their age too?
My little girl only seems to be napping for 30-45mins a time now and I don’t know whether that’s normal for her age? She’s 10 weeks and 3 days old.
I don’t have any structure or schedule either. Should I be starting one at this age?
