I think I have a pimple in my butthole?

I’m worried it’s like a hemorrhoid or something but it honestly just feels like a pimple. But it’s literally inside my butthole. It hurts to touch it especially, but even when I’m just sitting here it hurts and feels like there’s pressure on it and like I have to poop, but I don’t. I’ve never had anything like this before... could it be just a pimple or is that not possible?
