Just sucks 😔

My bf and I are long distance and haven’t seen each other until September. We planned to spend Christmas together then he says that he’s going to go out of town with his dad and siblings to see their grandad instead. I was upset since I had already bought a plane ticket and had to pay a non refundable fee to switch my ticket but it was whatever. I switched the ticket to come in the day before New Year’s eve since that what we planned he then tells me that he’s riding with his dad and he wants to stay until New Years so I need to cancel the ticket now. And the kicker is that I can’t even get all money back. He doesn’t even care and knew that this was the last time we could see each other in a long time.
