Spitting up

Does anyone else have a baby who spits up with every feeding, sometimes with every burp, and/or between feedings at times? My pediatrician has told me this is normal but I don’t know if I’m believing that. Some spit up sure but she does all day everyday. Baby is 12 weeks old, exclusively eats breast milk, doesn’t seem to be bothered by spit up except at night when she gets fussy, and is gained weight with no issue. Not sure if I should revisit this issue with the ped.
