How do I know if my swaddle is too tight.
I don't swaddle with a blanket I have one of those swaddle things with the tabs that secure it in place.
It's the first time I'm using it and I'm worried it too tight around my baby's chest.
I can slip two fingers inside easily but it just looks really tight when I see her in it and I feel like she's taking deeper breaths while inside it as opposed to normally
