Is this Postpartum anxiety?
It’s been 3 months since having my first LO. There’s nothing I love more than being a mama!
Recently I’ve been having trouble relaxing/getting myself to sleep. I don’t ever watch the news anymore but I am on my phone and of course when I look on my social media accounts a lot of what gets shared are the scary/bad/horrible heartbreaking stories of things that are happen in our world. 😕
Of course then it gets me thinking if anything were to happen to my baby I don’t even know what I would do 😟 I hate having this like constant anxiety/worry it’s not all the time but since becoming a mom it’s definitely there. It’s like a pit in my stomach and something caught in the back of my throat kind of feeling.. ughhhh does this get better?? 😓 definitely needing some positive vibes
