What’s the best way to avoid pregnancy without birth control?

Does withdrawal while using a condom decrease your chances of getting pregnant by a lot ? Or does it not make much of a difference?

Pulling out and using a condoms is pretty effective five as long as the condom isn’t broken. Pulling out using a condom is just precautionary if the condom broke and it’s better than not pulling out.

Yes that’s an effective way of preventing pregnancy. Also, you could use condoms + spermicide lubricant or condoms + contraceptive sponge. Just make sure to read the box for the sponge or lubricant to make sure it doesn’t compromise condom material.

You could pair spermicide with condoms (if not allergic). VCF was my go-to brand before I found out I was allergic. Or buy condoms with spermicide in them.
