Postpartum Sex accident ?!

I had sex for the first time 6 weeks PP. well my god damn luck the condom broke and my birth control hardly went in that day (nurvaring) 
I took plan be less then 24 hours AFTER. Anyone have any stories like mine that came without being pregnant? I’m not having sex again until my birth control turns completely effective! I want to BLOW UP

What I did was worse. We were so sex starved I guess that we used no protection but I still only have one child phew lol.

It should be okay since you took a plan b, but it's obviously still a possibility. You're super fertile after giving birth, so it could happen. My sister in law has four kids five and under from having sex within the first couple months of being postpartum.
