The same guy keeps giving me BV!?

So about 2 years ago I met this guy and we had a thing for a little bit and he gave me BV I’ve never had it before in my life. 2 months ago we started seeing each other again and I got BV again! This time I told him he was really nice about it and I asked him to switch soaps thinking maybe that could be why. But anyway so I took my antibiotics it went away we’re still seeing each other and I’m pretty sure I have it again!? Maybe our privates just arnt compatible If he keeps throwing off my ph? This never happened with anyone else I’ve slept with.
